What’s this AJIO elevations Policy?
. AJIO from time to time, organises colorful elevations, contests, offers including abatements, validations, tickets, juggernauts, and deals with respect to the Products vended on the Platforms. This AJIO elevations Policy( “ AJIO elevations Policy ”), together with the terms and conditions, the sequestration policy, the figure and payments policy, and the delivery policy sets out AJIO’s procedures and programs in offering elevations, contests, offers, abatements, validations, tickets, juggernauts and deals conducted by it on the Platforms from time to time( “ elevations ”). Notwithstanding the term of the elevations, the elevations will be functional only until stocks last, and AJIO shall reserve the unconditional right to modify, suspend, or cancel any creation any time.
3.5. Trade abatements are regular abatements which are handed by AJIO for the benefit of from time to time. The trade abatements are independent of any elevations, and will be extended to only a select range of Products as indicated on the Platforms( “ Trade Abatements ”). 3.7. From time to time, AJIO will also offer reduction for Products under the Buy X Get Y Offer( “ BX GY Offer ”), under which upon purchase of a certain volume of Products( “ X ”), will be offered a 100 reduction on the List Price of certain other volume of Products( “ Y ”), similar reduction being applicable to Products with the smallest List Price amongst the chosen Products. The benefit profited by a stoner from the blinked Products would be apportioned amongst the Products bought on a weighted average base. Consequently, in case of return of any Product bought under the BX GY Offer, the refund outstanding by AJIO on similar Product would be the value of the Product calculated on a weighted average base.
